5 Steps to achieve project success. 

Part one of the course will include what post project reflection is and why it is important to conduct post project learning activities, as well as explaining how the course will work.  

Part two of the course will present some post project learning activities and how they help work with different project sectors. This data will have been collected from a range of experienced project managers from a variety of sectors.  

Part three consists of a 25 question questionnaire for all the project team members to complete on cross team performance. This data will be analysed to create the reports on project and individual success in step 4 and 5.  

Part four includes the personal feedback reports on each team members performance. A personal feedback sheet for each team member to review overall perceptions of their project role competencies and key areas to focus on developing.   

Part five presents overall team performance reporting and feedback on the projects success and team effectiveness.
